Resident News & Announcements
Purchase a $15 windshield transponder for each car that does not already have one or if it is slow to open and needs replacing (bring old transponder/number for deactivation). Additionally, you may buy them at $30 for extended family members/permanent visitors that you wish to allow 24/7 access through the resident lane. Complete the Gate Access Request Form and bring to the Clubhouse with car registration(s) or email to [email protected]. We will collect your check and distribute new transponders on Monday, June 2, at the Clubhouse from 6pm to 8pm.
Front Gates and Back Gate on Wilson Road will both be closed tomorrow, Monday, June 2nd.
Stonegate Cellgate FAQ posted: www.stonegatefl.com/cellgatefaq - PLEASE READ The front gates will be closing Monday morning. Please make sure your visitors know how to use the directory to call you for access. Make a QR Individual Key for each smart phone user in your household and send it to them to save in their wallet for future 24/7 access without having to use the directory.
The fire department will also be closing and locking the back gate on Monday. Testing of the new Cellgate callbox went great today! Lots of good feedback from visitors, service providers and residents! They found it easy to use and very efficient compared to our previous entry process.
Accurate Electronics worked on setting up the remote monitoring service which will be available for at least a three month trial period to get people acquainted with the new system. The school buses were able to easily come through the gates using the provided clicker/key fob. Accurate will be back tomorrow to get the camera system online. Residents, PLEASE purchase a transponder for each car that does not already have one! You may download the Gate Access Request Form directly or from the resident portal. You may email your completed form and car registration(s) to [email protected]. We will collect your check and distribute new transponders Monday, June 2, at the Clubhouse from 6pm to 8pm. In the meantime, create a QR code for each family member. Share it with them via the app text messaging. Android users, make sure to go back to the cellgate app after sending the text (this will activate the QR code) BEFORE clicking the link. The Cellgate FAQ was posted and linked on the Cellgate page. Frontier got the internet up at the front gates, so we can monitor the entrance remotely. "Soft closing" of gates was delayed until Thursday, May 29, with plans to try closing for the day on Friday March 30th.
The first PIN code sent out for the Clubhouse was reset after it was published to social media. Please check your email for the new code. Accurate is still working with Cellgate to resolve card delay issues.
Frontier internet at the front gates is down and should be resolved tomorrow afternoon. In the meantime, we will only do soft closings until everything is in normal operation. If internet is restored 5/28, gates may close 5/29 at the earliest. We continue to have issues with card access. Most of the issues are not your card, but an unnecessary delay when checking the cloud for access. With patience, many of these cards will work in 4 seconds or so. We are working to push all cards locally, to remove this delay and prevent future issues with loss of internet. After today's Clubhouse reservation, we will email a code to use for the Clubhouse front door until this issue is resolved.
The receiver for the new Clubhouse access control system still needs to be installed in a permanent location, so the access is currently unreliable. The Clubhouse front door works more often than other doors. This issue is scheduled to be resolved tomorrow, Thursday the 22nd.
Please stop by the Clubhouse and test your proximity card(s) to see if they were migrated to the new system. For any issues, send a picture of the back of your card(s) to [email protected] and they will be added.
Gate Access Form was updated to request vehicle windshield transponder stickers. The file can be downloaded from our Homeowner Portal: Documents > Forms > Gates.
