Accurate Electronics is at the gate today running new wires to bring the resident swing gate into operation. 

Scheduled Quarterly Maintenance on Gate

Accurate Electronics is currently on-site performing our scheduled quarterly preventative maintenance on the gate.
​This essential service acts like a "tune-up" for our entry system, ensuring reliable performance. Maintenance includes:
  • Checking and testing the battery backup systems to ensure functionality during power outages.
  • Greasing and lubricating the swing gates for smooth and quiet operation.
  • Conducting a full diagnostic check on all components, including arms, readers, and operators.
This routine maintenance helps prevent unexpected issues and extends the lifespan of our equipment. 

Resident Gate Closed in Normal Operation

The resident gate is currently closed in normal operation. The Resident Swing Gate is also closed at this time while we continue to test and ensure it was configured properly when the new operator was installed. The Visitor Gate may be kept open so you can more easily cut over to get in if you have problems with your stickers reading. If you have trouble with your stickers, you should email [email protected] with the time the incident occurred so it can be checked to see if it was read or not.
Please DO NOT TAILGATE. Leave space for the arm to close after the car in front of you.  If it opens for your car, you only have 4 seconds until it will close again. If you drive through the visitor lane with a sticker, it may trigger the resident arm and it will close again in 4 seconds.

Remember to give visitors and vendor directions on how to use the callbox. A vendor code was emailed out to residents from the HOA and Greenacre for access Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm.

Clubhouse Access & Resident Gate

Clubhouse/Pool Access
The Clubhouse is currently back to three functional access doors (front pool gate, front clubhouse door,  and side restroom door).

Exit Instructions & Workarounds:
Front Door & Restroom:
Exit is working, but you must hold the exit button to open the door.
  • Pool Gate Exit Button: The pool gate exit button is not working. Please use one of the following two workarounds to exit:
    1. Reach through and swipe your access card on the reader.
    2. Use the Playground Gate for exit

Resident Gate Update

The new gate operator has arrived, and installation is scheduled for Thursday, November 6th and Friday, November 7th.
Please follow all traffic instructions and use caution near the work area.
Once the new operator is installed and working, all inbound access for guests, delivery drivers, and contractors must use the Callbox in the Visitor Lane for entry. Please ensure all your visitors know how to use the callbox to minimize delays.

Clubhouse/Pool Access Update

Our vendor, Accurate Electronics, was able to perform a temporary fix that has restored functionality to most entry points.
The following doors are now fully functional and can be used for normal access:
-Pool Gates
-Clubhouse Side Restroom Door
-Clubhouse Front Door


​Remaining Issue: Back French Doors

-You cannot access the Clubhouse or restrooms through the back French doors from the pool deck.
-You can exit the Clubhouse onto the pool deck by holding the "Exit" button located on the wall.
Accurate Electronics will return to restore full functionality.


Pool & Clubhouse Restroom Doors Temporarily Out of Service

Please be aware that the pool gates and the side door into the clubhouse restrooms are currently not functioning. We have notified the vendor, and repairs are being scheduled.

​Temporary Pool Access Instructions:
 Please use the front or back doors of the Clubhouse to access the pool deck until repairs are complete.

Resident Gate

As previously communicated, troubleshooting the issues with the old system was not successful. We have now ordered a complete new barrier arm operator assembly to ensure a permanent fix.
  • Order Status: The new operator has been ordered from the manufacturer.
  • Anticipated Timeline: We currently anticipate installation around the mid to end of the first week of November. Our vendor will try to fit our community into their schedule sooner if an opening becomes available.
We will post the confirmed installation timeline here immediately upon receipt. Thank you for your continued patience.

Bulk Services Town Hall

Frontier is hosting two training and Q&A sessions for our residents, 10/16 and 10/20. Please check your email for meeting information. This is a fantastic opportunity to see the new DIRECTV equipment, including the streaming device, remote, and user interface. These sessions will cover the activation process, demo the user experience and allow you to ask questions directly. We will also provide up to date information on the internet service.

Resident Gate Arm

A new control board was ordered for the resident barrier arm operator and will arrive by Tuesday, 10/14 for install by the end of the week.

PLEASE use this time to make sure your regular visitors know how to use a QR code and NEVER screenshot it.
