Clubhouse/Pool Access Update

Our vendor, Accurate Electronics, was able to perform a temporary fix that has restored functionality to most entry points.
The following doors are now fully functional and can be used for normal access:
-Pool Gates
-Clubhouse Side Restroom Door
-Clubhouse Front Door


​Remaining Issue: Back French Doors

-You cannot access the Clubhouse or restrooms through the back French doors from the pool deck.
-You can exit the Clubhouse onto the pool deck by holding the "Exit" button located on the wall.
Accurate Electronics will return to restore full functionality.


Pool & Clubhouse Restroom Doors Temporarily Out of Service

Please be aware that the pool gates and the side door into the clubhouse restrooms are currently not functioning. We have notified the vendor, and repairs are being scheduled.

​Temporary Pool Access Instructions:
 Please use the front or back doors of the Clubhouse to access the pool deck until repairs are complete.

As previously communicated, troubleshooting the issues with the old system was not successful. We have now ordered a complete new barrier arm operator assembly to ensure a permanent fix.
  • Order Status: The new operator has been ordered from the manufacturer.
  • Anticipated Timeline: We currently anticipate installation around the mid to end of the first week of November. Our vendor will try to fit our community into their schedule sooner if an opening becomes available.
We will post the confirmed installation timeline here immediately upon receipt. Thank you for your continued patience.

Bulk Services Town Hall

Frontier is hosting two training and Q&A sessions for our residents, 10/16 and 10/20. Please check your email for meeting information. This is a fantastic opportunity to see the new DIRECTV equipment, including the streaming device, remote, and user interface. These sessions will cover the activation process, demo the user experience and allow you to ask questions directly. We will also provide up to date information on the internet service.

Resident Gate Arm

A new control board was ordered for the resident barrier arm operator and will arrive by Tuesday, 10/14 for install by the end of the week.

PLEASE use this time to make sure your regular visitors know how to use a QR code and NEVER screenshot it.

The new sensor for the resident barrier arm operator has arrived and is scheduled for installation Friday, allowing us to continue troubleshooting and repairing the gate system.

We ask that you make sure all visitors and vendors use the designated Visitor Lane and use the callbox to enter the community.
