The clubhouse access card system has been fully updated with new hardware, utilizing different technology from Cellgate. Your existing access cards should now work correctly. Please wait 1-2 seconds after the card read to open the door.
Card not working? Email a picture (showing the number) to [email protected] for activation - include your address! With the new traffic light on SR 54 now in place, please be prepared for potential delays and longer waits at our exit, as SR 54 traffic will have priority. We recommend adding a few minutes to your commute.
Please use caution: Drivers on SR 54 may not be accustomed to the new light. Also, be aware the right turn lane from our community now also serves as a straight lane, which may cause temporary backups for right-turning vehicles. Experiencing a problem with the front gates? Please submit a separate form for each incident. Do not use this form for Greenacre maintenance requests, like applying for new gate access stickers or updating directory listings. Gate Access Issue Form We're still addressing an issue with some key cards for clubhouse access. A new component has been installed as part of the efforts to resolve this. The database is being re-downloaded locally, and will be tested again next week. Currently, many cards and even codes are reading, but with a 4 second delay. Please have patience and gently test pulling for 5 seconds.
Please continue using the previously shared PIN code for entry if needed. We appreciate your patience and will update once fixed. Trash services will operate on their regular schedule this July 4th.
