To improve efficiency for vendors servicing multiple homes in our community, homeowners can now request a Community Vendor PIN for their service providers.
Access the request form here: Vendor PIN Request Please note that submitting a request does not mean a Community Vendor PIN will be granted. Please give them a PIN in the meantime. All Stonegate addresses will be added to the callbox as an second directory for visitors to call for entry. This will not display your name with your address. This will allow delivery drivers to call for access even if they don’t have your last name. Visitors will be able to search by your last name or address. To have your address not added to the directory, please email [email protected].
The callbox experienced a brief outage last night due to a power fluctuation but has been reset and is now operating properly.
The visitor arm was damaged overnight, necessitating a service call today for its replacement. The individual responsible will be billed for the repairs. The arm has now been replaced and the gate access control is fully in operation. The swing gates will be added into the cellgate ecosystem next week.
The Amazon Key device was properly installed, activated, and tested. Amazon drivers with an active delivery may use their delivery app to open the visitor gate when they arrive at the entrance.
The Remote Assistance button was enabled on the cellgate touchscreen; however, the call center connection has not been properly established. Our gate company is up there now to hopefully have this resolved today.
Accurate installed an Amazon Key device yesterday that will allow delivery drivers with verified deliveries to open the visitor gate from their phone. Even the flex drivers have the Amazon Driver app that allows them to open the gate. This device needs to be activated with a new HOA account since it was previously Envera's agreement. Please make a PIN Event Key in the meantime. Do not use QR Temp Event Key. The issues with Amazon should be resolved over the next few days.
Food and other delivery services need a note letting them know your last name. They will need this to look up your entry in the directory at the kiosk. Alternatively, you can set up a PIN code to give out either as a one-time use or for up to 7 days.
Temporary workaround for Amazon until they get the PIN code to all of their delivery drivers6/3/2025
Create a pin temporary event key for seven days and assign that number to Amazon. You will have to update your delivery instructions in Amazon with that PIN code.
