AEI has confirmed that our new Magnetics resident gate operator is officially in transit and expected to arrive next week. Because it is shipping from overseas, exact arrival days can fluctuate, but we are tracking it closely.
Once the hardware lands, AEI will schedule the installation. We will send out the exact installation date as soon as it is locked in. Our warranty replacement Cellgate visitor callbox is scheduled for installation tomorrow. Liftmaster continues to be unable to fix our resident arm operator.
The pool has been cleared by the pool company and is officially reopened for swimming.
Thank you all so much for your patience while we got everything cleaned, balanced, and ready to go. The pool is temporarily closed until further notice due to an unexpected sanitation issue. We're performing a thorough cleaning and shocking the water to make sure it's safe to swim in again.
As a reminder, swim diapers are required for all non-potty-trained children to help us avoid these sudden closures. We'll let you know as soon as it's reopened. Thanks for your patience! AEI conducted full-day wire tracing to isolate voltage interference. LiftMaster and Cellgate warranty parts did not arrive in time for Wednesday's visit, but are expected shortly. They will return Monday to strip out all legacy Envera wiring across the barrier arms and swing gates, rewiring the entire system from scratch with only essential connections.
The next phase of installation is set for Wednesday once the new Cellgate callbox arrives. Additionally, LiftMaster is supplying another warranty part for the resident gate arm next week.
New gate pole was installed today to replaced the damaged one. Electrical box was relocated to its own pole and wiring rerun. Tomorrow AEI will finish the Liftmaster part replacement and cellgate re-installation.
The Stonegate Social Committee invites residents on Thursday, August 13th, from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM to celebrate the first day of school with complimentary Kona Ice at the clubhouse parking lot.
Due to recent storm damage, we’ve identified an issue with the resident gate reader that requires a replacement part. The part is on order and we are expecting to have it installed by Thursday, July 9th.
