Clubhouse Access

Accurate Electronics has completed the necessary repairs, and all electronic locks are now fully operational.​
The temporary access through the playground gate is no longer required for clubhouse entry. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve these technical issues.

Clubhouse & Pool Access

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a system outage affecting most electronic locks at the clubhouse and pool area, including the front door, restroom doors, and main pool gates.
Accurate Electronics has been notified and is scheduled to be on-site for repairs, Monday, March 23.
Temporary Access Instructions:While we work to restore full service, you may still access the facilities using the following route:
  • Pool Access: Please enter through the playground gate.
  • Clubhouse Access: Once inside the pool area, the rear French doors are functional and may be used to enter the building.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as all entry points are fully operational.



Playground Gate

The playground gate has been installed with a child-resistant latch to help keep our smallest residents within the play area. To open the gate, simply press the red button on top while pulling the latch up.

Internet Outage

​The HOA is aware of a significant internet outage currently affecting our community. We have been in contact with Frontier, and they have confirmed a service disruption in our area and are working remotely to resolve the issue.

Callbox Connection Upgrade

​ Accurate will be onsite tomorrow (2/12) to upgrade the callbox connection to high-speed Ethernet. This hardwired connection will improve call quality and system reliability. Please use caution around technicians at the entrance.

You can now pay for gate transponders directly through the Greenacre portal. When making a one-time online payment, please note the following processing fees:
  • Bank Account (eCheck): $2.99
  • Credit Card: 3.99%

Resident Gate Arm

The resident gate arm is currently stuck in the open position following a vehicle strike. Accurate Electronics has been contacted and will be on-site as soon as possible to perform the necessary repairs.

Gym AC Update: Repair Scheduled

Please be advised that the air conditioning in the gym is currently out of order. The issue has been diagnosed and the repair has been scheduled. The HVAC team expects to have the work completed and the gym back to a comfortable temperature within the next few days. Thank you for your patience as we finalize this repair!

Swing Gate

Accurate Electronics is at the gate today running new wires to bring the resident swing gate into operation.
