How to activate your DIRECTV account
You cannot use an email address that is associated with any prior DIRECTV account (including free trials) to activate your new bulk service.
You must use an email address that has never been used with DIRECTV before to successfully set up your account under the HOA's bulk agreement.

Streaming Device Selection (Please Read Carefully):
When you reach the device selection screen (as shown in the below image), please note the following:
- Free Device: Your bulk service includes one (1) streaming device at no cost to you.
- Additional Devices: You may select more than one TV, but any additional devices beyond the first will result in a purchase or rental charge from DIRECTV.
- Use Your Own Devices: You can use the DIRECTV app on as many TVs as you need if you already own a compatible streaming device (such as Roku, Fire TV Stick, or Apple TV) or have a Smart TV. You do not need the DIRECTV box for these.
How to setup your DIRECTV Device
Action Required: Cancel Your Paid Extras For Cable Service Only
If you currently pay Frontier for any services or equipment beyond the original standard bulk package (such as additional set-top boxes, DVR rentals, premium channels, or expanded TV packages), you must call Frontier directly (844-660-0648) to cancel those specific items after you activate your new DIRECTV account. These charges will not be automatically removed.
E-Waste Disposal: Convenient Drop-Off for Old Equipment
The Board is pleased to provide a convenient, environmentally responsible way to dispose of your old TV equipment. We will be placing an E-Waste Collection Bin at the Clubhouse to accept old set-top boxes, DVRs, and other electronic equipment you no longer need after transitioning to the new DIRECTV bulk service.
We are working to finalize the dates for the collection period and will publish them soon. Please keep an eye out for a separate announcement with the specific dates for the E-Waste collection.
