5. How and when will my service upgrade be scheduled?

6. Can I get internet-only bulk pricing without the TV package?

20 hours of Cloud DVR is included. Unlimited DVR recording is not included in the Choice package, but is available as an individual upgrade for $10/month.

9. Will this bulk package eliminate my current monthly bills for internet and TV?
Yes, individual bills from Frontier will no longer be necessary unless you choose to upgrade beyond the contracted services. This package will replace your current internet and TV bills with the new rate of $60/month (assessed at $180/quarter) if the combined package is chosen, or $28/month (assessed at $84/quarter) for internet-only if that option is selected.

11. Why does the proposal mention a $32 service when the total is $60/month?
The $32 is the DirecTV Choice package portion, and the $28 is the 1 Gbps internet portion. Together, they total $60/month for the combined package.
12. Can I stick with Frontier or switch to Spectrum instead of the proposed provider?
Frontier will remain the internet provider, and Spectrum is not being considered at this time. For TV, the community will switch to DirecTV Streaming as part of the bulk agreement if selected.
13. What if I don’t have a smart TV?
A streaming device will be provided to each home that plugs into an HDMI port. This runs the DirecTV app directly with a dedicated remote. Other smart devices can also run this DirecTV app, so the provided device is not necessary if you already use one.
